We do allow the smoking of cigarettes/e-cigarettes on our premises. We do have two smoke eater filtration systems in the ceiling to help tone down the smoke and respect those who don't smoke. Smoking illegal substances on premises is prohibited.

No weapons are allowed inside our premises. No knives, guns or other form of weapons.

You may only reserve seating by calling 770-385-3060. Online reservations are not allowed to avoid double booking. We do not require mandatory table reservations. Walk-In customers are always welcome! Birthday Parties and parties of 4 or more are encouraged to reserve a table on weekends because of crowded band nights.

If you reserve a table, you MUST be present by 9:00PM. Failure to arrive in time will result in loss of reservation. You may still be seated if there is available space in another location but there is no guarantee. Although we have lots of seating space, Walk-In Customers will have no guarantee of seating on busy weekends. All Customers must pay the cover fee assessed on weekends with a band. Cover fee varies but is normally $5.00 per person starting at 7PM.

Five O'clock Sports Bar & Grill is the perfect spot to grab a cold beer, chat with friends, enjoy a delicious meal, catch a football game and cheers shots to good times however, the safety of our patrons is always our first priority. We have an awesome staff who will always take care of you no matter what you order but if you are exhibiting signs of severe intoxication you will be cut off. Please help us to avoid doing this by knowing your limits and asking for water when you have had enough.

If anyone gets out of hand or becomes a nuisance to others we have a security team who will escort you out. We love to be a landing spot for good times but again the safety of our patrons is first priority. Last call is at 1:15AM this means you may place your final order at this time and nothing else. Closing time cut offs are in accordance with local law therefore if you have a drink, finished or not, it will be removed from your table as soon as the lights come on at the end of the night.

If you are too impaired to drive please let us know and we will contact any taxi service for you. Never drive if you have had too much to drink. It is not worth the DUI or the harm you may cause to yourself or others.
